Dia Internacional do Livro Infantil
O Dia Internacional do Livro Infantil comemora-se a 2 de Abril, data do nascimento do escritor dinamarquês Hans Christian Andersen. Para assinalar este dia, o IBBY (International Board on Books for Young People) divulga anualmente uma mensagem de incentivo à leitura dirigida às crianças de todo o mundo. Este ano, coube à escritora Margaret Mahy, da Nova Zelândia, a elaboração da mensagem. Como vem sendo habitual, o cartaz do IPLB é da autoria do vencedor do Prémio Nacional de Ilustração do ano passado. Gémeo Luís ganhou o prémio em 2006.http://www.iplb.pt/pls/diplb/!get_page?xid=2189
